Does this mean less PT for Sully?

I can't wait to see this lineup:

Thomas - Young - Turner - Sullinger - Lee

Might set a record for points given up per 100 possessions.

I'd be very happy with Wallace and Pressey for Lee.

I can see Lee requesting for a buy out... he'll probably prefer joining the Cavs or Spurs for the league min.

I absolutely loathe David Lee. Like, I can't even look at him. He just has those really creepy eyes that you just don't ever trust.

Having said that, If this is just for Wallace, it's at least a good video game trade.

Well at least the worst off-season of all time has somehow gotten worse.

Are there any more unathletic white guys we can add to our guard team?

Simple deal, moveable contract and Lee can contribute despite his minutes in GS. Always respected his toughness. Pairs nicely with Amir actually. I like it.

I don't hate the move, because when you look at it, they basically gave up nothing.  Wallace never played anyway.  The only argument you can have against it is could Ainge have used the Wallace contract chip in a better deal.

But I also wonder if this means that Ainge isn't done.  Cause now we're talking about Olynyk, Sully, Lee, Johnson, Zeller, Jerebko and Mickey all available for the frontline.  That's pretty crowded.  Unless maybe Stevens wants to strictly use Jerebko as a small forward.

But if no other deals are done, the big man rotation will be an interesting storyline to the season, cause at least one guy, probably two, maybe even 3 are going to be phased out.

They don't have to play David Lee.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

There has to be another shoe to drop.  Sully, Olynyk, Jerebko, and Lee fighting for minutes at the 4 while Johnson and Zeller are at the 5 is not going to work.

I bet Sully or Olynyk will be traded shortly.

Clearly Ainge was very concerned with finding a rim protector.
