Yuck, I hope they are way down the list.

Gerald is fun, but we don't need any more guards and he is horrible on defense. I'd rather see Young get those minutes.

Gerald is a good cheap option at the 2/3. He can score. No problem signing him to short term deal.

Always liked Amir, even when he was a babyfaced buck with Detroit.

Not for long-term money, though. Three years might even be a year too long. He's got a fair amount of mileage on his tires. I think he's crested the hill and is soon to decline.

Might be right. I know Orien was a promise, and Amir was selected 56th in the same draft (three picks later).

I'd be Ok with Amir.  I've always liked his game - very time we have played his teams, he seems to be one of those guys who just plays hard and dominates you by doing all the small things.

I would hope this would be as a backup though, not sure he's starting caliber.

Definitely made promise which he tried to back out of, but agent would not let him. Did not remember it was for Amir, that is quite possible. Orien was great in summer league and pre-season, but that was it.

My son and I used to watch Amir when he was a teammate of Gerald's with the Fayetteville Patriots!!!  I am sure that Danny watched Amir a lot in Fayetteville as well.  Man, Amir was a very skinny kid fresh out of high school.  He has hit the weights (HGH and other steroids)!!:-))

But, he is a PF.  We need another PF like we need another guard such as Gerald Green.

Is Danny trying to get fired?????????
