This plan is really good but I have 2 issues. 1 is cap related, 1 basketball.
First I think favors is best at the 4.
Second, money won't work after moving AB we are down to 19 mil even if you dump Wallace you are still 5-6 mil short of being able to sign Harris

Here's how you could solve both.

Sign Monroe instead of love. Play Monroe at the 5. These two complement eachother terrifically.

Then dump Turner Olynyk and Wallace for nothing (if we have the draft pick capital to do so) now because Monroe is 3 mil cheaper than love we are able to create enough space to offer Harris 15-16 mil.

I personally don't love Harris but he's 22 and offers good size and scoring at the 3 so I wouldn't mind signing him.

Thomas Rozier
Smart hunter young
Harris Crowder
Favors someone Mickey
Monroe Zeller

That's not bad at all.
The reason the Jazz are considering dealing Favors is because him and Gobert, can't space the floor. Monroe and Favors would really kill our offense. Why do you prefer him at the 4? He's 6'10 265 which is plenty big for a current NBA center.

I would love Monroe or Favors with Harris at the 4, but if you are playing Harris, Favors and Monroe two of them are not playing at their best position?

Favors has a bigger standing reach than Karl Towns,  9'2 is plenty for a center.  Plus Favors plays like a Center, because he's a center.

If Favors is really on the market, Danny should be trying his heart out to get him. After drafting Lyles, they have a plethora of bigs but need someone to compliment Gobert . Gives us a chance to clear the guard log-jam because the Jazz need a good defensive guard. I would propose..

BOS: Avery Bradley, Evan Turner, Jared Sullinger, 2016 Boston 1st (Top 10 protected), 2016 Minnesota 1st, 2016 Miami 2nd

Utah: Derrick Favors, 2016(?) Golden State 1st

Then we sign Harris and Koufos in FA, Favors is a great compliment for KO because we still have to stretch the floor.

Thomas/Smart/Rozier
Smart/Young/Hunter/Rozier
Harris/Crowder/Young
Favors/Olynyk/Mickey
Koufos/Olynyk/Zeller

Maybe we could look to trade Zeller for another shooting big. That team would be a good team with a lot of room to improve.

Good Scenario above.
For me its all about Defense.
Your right about Monroe. Legit at the 5, (played out of position in Det) should be better in the paint on D with a skilled 4.
Skilled 4, Millsap.
Defensive minded 3, JDudley who can also score. Add a legit PG if Rozier isn't that Player to begin the season with.

If Millsap money is not there, Ed Davis at the 4. Then you might have enough coin to go after Beverley for the Point or perhaps RJackson?

I don't believe Love comes here after the KO incident. I don't think Love leaves Lebron.
Mickey replaces Crowder. Favors, Yes, but its a trade for, tough to do. Harris, consensus is NO D.

Far as Draft, Portis was abused by Kentucky bigs his entire college career. Dekker I believe plays to slow like Kaminsky. Was Winslow worth 4 #1's, Yes but it didn't happen..

If Monroe is all we can get then okay-- he just doesn't seem to fit Brad's system at all. I would def be happy with Love and Harris or Harris and Monroe. I don't think Harris will be a superstar but I think we should get him because we can and it will solidify a spot of weakness. Grabbing Love would just be amazing though.
