I would be very happy to sign him, he is a hard worker, a good teammate and a very nice backup PF.
I believe Brad Stevens could get the most out of him (Similar to Turner and Crowder).
That would make it easier to offer olynyk or sully in a trade, aswell.

He's a poor man's Tristan Thompson / rich man's Reggie Evans.

Celts could do worse, though I'm not sure he's a fit on a team like the Celts.  Better to put next to a couple of high volume scorers.

I honestly can't understand why, for all his potential, he has bounced around as much as he has since being drafted.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Low BB IQ. But I think he's had generally poor coaching too.

He gets tunnel vision w/ regards to rebounding and shoots a lot of shots he shouldn't. FWIW I think if you can get him at 4 years 10-12 million you're getting a steal. He put up some insane production numbers for the 76ers.

We have enough undersized PFs that aren't starting quality already. And a ton of draft picks to draft another. I say no.

For a guy who has such an underwhelming NBA resume so far, his name keeps coming up on this site. If you bring him in for very short money, no problem. There is certainly a chance that either Sullinger or Olynyk may be moved and he would provide depth at the 4. I think it is more likely that some GM will overpay for his alleged upside. Signing one of Asik/Koufos/Biyombo or drafting WCS or Upshaw is a much more crucial issue.

Some of it's bad luck, I think -- getting drafted by a team for which he was a horrible fit and then sent to a team that was in win-now mode.

Another part of it, I think, is that he profiles as a really nice complementary / bench big man to have, but doesn't have the skills to help a bad team.
