Nothing but pride and respect for this team.  Lot of heart, never quit.

Added thanks to the fans who filled the Garden with noise today.  Fun to hear that again.

Next year we will be:

a year older
a year more talented
a year more experienced
at least 1 draft pick more talented
at least 1 free agent more talented

This year was important. The Celtics developed a sense of self. We know who we are, and we are only getting better.

And add hopefully without Bass and Wallace

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Man wallace was giving tips to people from the sidelines, id go as far as to say he was the most engaged man on the whole bench… I know hes money is insane but if u think about it he has not done anything to make this team worse

Grandpa Wallace will be going nowhere! I would be surprised if Danny actually got him moved tho :o

I'm all for getting rid of Wallace... his contract is gonna help us get a big free agent.

But I think Bass is good to have on our team. He's a lesson to our young guys: if you work hard and get better every season, then the Celtics will value you.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

And hopefully at least one player who is a bonafied NBA starter.

I like Bass, depends if Ainge wants a full youth team. I can understand either moves. I don't mind re-signing Bass for MLE or less for veteran presence, but then again Bass probably wouldn't take those contracts either.

With all these fights, we are legit a star or two away from making some serious noise in the playoffs. Call me optimistic but we came close with the Cavs with absolutely no stars. NO STARS and we lose by 13, 8, 8 and 8. And the last game was us coming back from 21 down. I am extremely proud of these young Celtics and what they are able to accomplish. They fought hard.

Next season anywhere from 30 to 45 wins is in play, depending on how the summer goes.

Game on, Danny.

Time to support the Captain! Hopefully Pierce will go a long way in this playoff!
