Its one game. Good teams have lost to the 6ers this year, and to Minny and New York. People need to chill out. It's an 82-game season. No team gets up for every game, even in March chasing a playoff berth. Some nights it's just not there -- no more, no less.
No offense meant, but I've never agreed with the "it's one game, chill out" mentality. Yes, last night was one game, but so was the Detroit game, and the Orlando game, and the Lakers game, and the Sacramento game ... so it's really not just one game.
I know this team is young and inexperienced, so I try to cut them a fair amount of slack, but last night was a disaster, and it wasn't the only such game in recent times. Laziness, sloppiness, not protecting the ball, missing free throws left and right, missing layups ... all avoidable.
I'd be happy with a playoff appearance OR a high draft pick (or both

), but I'm concerned we're going to be in the dreaded in-between—no playoffs for experience, and no high draft pick for a shot at a really good player. I know there's the possibility of Danny trading up, but I can't see a team with a top-6 pick giving it up for anything Boston has.
