Stevens has some balls keeping Crowder in there to guard AL JEFFERSON!

And there are posters who don't think Stevens knows what he is doing.   ???
dont you recall the "fire stevens" threads?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Wow, remember back in December when our biggest problem on offense was a lack of outside shooting?  In addition to all the long-term assets, Danny's really done work to get Stevens personnel that work for his system.

Thomas being here has done wonders for Bradley.

The game is fun to play when playing with your friends.
Also more fun to watch.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:

Bradley with super hops!

Again!

I love seeing guards crash the boards.

I am shocked they came back in this one. They were in a lot of trouble in the 3rd quarter.

Impressive comeback .

My favorite thing about this Celtics team is that DA has assembled a bunch of roleplayers that compliment each other far better than the starting calibre players we traded away to get them. Even though many of these guys will be on their way out the door again by next season, they're fun to watch right now.

Even if we get a good player at most positions, our role players will be great back ups.  We get a good SF, we keep Jae.  We get a good center, we keep Zeller.  We trade Sully - we keep Jerebko.  DA already has a skeleton of a roster

Agreed, a lot of guys on this team would be great pieces on a contender. Crowder was a great find. IT is the ideal 6th man.

I think DA is the kind of GM that understands a collection of pure talent doesn't always constitute a team. I love Rondo's abilities as an individual player, but I think we can all agree that his talent alone doesn't necessarily make his team better. Sometimes you can substitute a lesser player and achieve better results. The pieces have to fit.. I think what we're seeing on this Celtic team is case in point, where we've potentially downgraded at some positions, but seen better results because the players are more complementary.
