Olynyk's three point shot has gotten flatter for some reason.

That's why it is not going in.

Kelly's jumper has completely abandoned him right now.   That's why his production is down.  He's not playing bad.  What he needs to do though is to play more inside the three point line.  His skills would be better used in the high post around the free throw line.  He can shoot from there, face up and go to the hoop, pass the ball to cutters or open shooters and he will be in better position for rebounds and cuts to the hoop when the defense collapses on someone else.  Floating around the perimeter just to draw out his defender is not using him wisely.

KO needs to forget about shooting and take the ball to the paint. When he gets to the ft line his jumper will become more accurate.  This problem is on CBS

They are play Slugginer ( Sullinger) in hopes someone bites, doesn't look like it will happen.

Agreed.

Good, I much rather keep Sullinger.

Agreed.

Or they could be playing Sullinger because he's the best player on the team.

this sounds rather disgusting, not to mention messy.  :P
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Yes, it has.

And Smart's three point shot has more arc than it used to.

And he is shooting better.

That's right ....he is doing what they want......learning to shoot threes in a real game.........he can already drive to the basket ........shooting threes is more of a finesse skill and it obvious Stevens wants him to get better.

I think to a large extent ....most of the young guys are out there working on specific agenda s or areas for the future .

I'm convinced wining as it is at this time....a win is simply a by product of learning on the court.

That team would be a bad one, which we are, but even DA said Green has been the best player this year.

You are aware he had 2 points the last game?  He was 1-7 and played 23 minutes.   I guess love is blind in your case.

Kelly worries me.  Just when I think he might be better than I thought, he regresses.  Granted it may be lack of playing time and may be the role he's being expected to play, but with his slowness, predictability, and weak hands, he's really got to be able to shoot lights out to be an impact player.   I think a great shot would open things for him and would allow his methodical fakes and plodding moves to the hoop to have greater impact, but without the shot going, he is very manageable.

And why can he not hold onto a ball in traffic? Are his hands my size?  He just can't grip the ball, or is too slow to maneuver it out of danger.

I think Raef LaFentz (not Dirk) is his ceiling -- which isn't terrible, but as a down the chart option on the court-- and only if he can get stronger in body and grip, and improve the consistency of his shot.

Interesting note (at least to me) -- Raef LaFrentz is only 38 years old.  Didn't you think he'd be older than that?

I agree with everything except who you think is his ceiling, as I tend to liken him to Luis Scola with a 3 point shot, but still - woo, lol. ;D  Don't you dare mention Raef Lafrentz, though!  It's called a repressed memory - now drop it! ;D

You know what's really sad?  I can't even figure out who our best player is, lol.  It's impossible to say given uneven playing time, turrible rotations ;) ;D, injuries, and then guys like Green and Sully who mail it in on a nightly basis.  Especially since Rondo left, in Green's case, but whatever Sully had for a motor seems to be clogged ;) ;D right now, lol.
