Referees fault

Yeah, when you see the replay, both teams lined up the wrong way and then proceeded normally.  It's the refs responsibility to correct that before the tip. 

Given that Philly immediately committed an uncalled backcourt violation, it clearly took the refs a minute to catch on even after the tip.
