Wow so the Pacers' Chris Copeland was stabbed last night and Pero Antic and Thabo Sefolosha were arrested for impeding the cops when they showed up.

The Pacers play the Knicks tonight, that is either going to galvanize them into playing amazing or they're going to blow an easy game with their playoff hopes on the line.  I guess we'll see

Is a Heat win good for our playoff chances?

Nope
The Heat are the team that is chasing with us that own the tiebreaker over the Celtics.

We definitely want them to lose if you want the C's in the playoffs.
Yea and they just keep finding ways to win not good. Same for the Nets smh

Hadn't the  heat had lost 4 games in a row, including two to fellow sub .500 teams? Last I looked they were 3-7 in their last ten with a bunch of blowouts. I would't say they keep finding ways to win.

With the Bulls' loss tonight vs the Magic, Cavs have now clinched the #2 seed. Obviously, this means very good news for us since it means that the Cavs will rest their starters in our 2 upcoming games against them. For sure, LeBron will rest since he has been talking about resting games and even rested when he was 25 years old in 2009 when they clinched the #1 seed. Love is still experiencing back problems so there's also a good chance he will. And if Blatt goes full Pop, he might even rest Kyrie, JR, and Mozgov.  :)

although considering cavs should be aware that san antonio could win the west as well, wouldnt they want to keep winning to potentially get home court

You mean to tell me Boston might win a game at Quicken Loans Arena in the LeBron-led era? Holy...

Nets falter to Hawks. Boston advances to 7th seed once again.

Shoot...Cavs got the #2 seed locked up. Terrible matchup if playoffs were to begin tonight.

Especially with this Milwaukee game being a close one, you'd think that the Cavs would rest their guys against us for at least one of the games.

One thing to keep an eye on, if the Spurs win out the rest of the season and get their win streak up to 12 their big 3 of Duncan, Parker & Ginobli would tie the all time record of most wins by 3 players in history of the regular season.Current record in 540 held By Bird, Parish & McHale.
Give that they are still fighting for home court in the first round, they may not rest any of them over the last week of the season.
Given that Ginobli may retire at seasons end. It would be a good record to equal for them.

Great nba night!

Boston wins
Nets lose
Cavs get second seed

I think the Cavs starters will play at home but not away against us.
I see the Bucks resting players at the last game when the lock up the sixth seed.
Only the Raptors have something to play for against us.

These last few days will be exciting!

Even if the Raps lock up whatever playoff seed they are in when we play against them, they're gonna want their first 50 win season. They're one loss away from another sub 50 win season. It's gonna be hard but if the Celtics can beat Raps at their home, they can definitely beat the Raps in the Garden  :)
