Your boss is an ego-tripper. I agree with pirating those who need help getting away from the toxic company you work in.

Haha!  That is a funny video about millenials.

I am a bit older than a millenial and have been working since I was fourteen to contribute to the family.  I have a strong work ethic that helped me through tough times.  I made it through and am now able to afford balcony seats at Celtics games haha!

I currently supervise ten staff members and half of them are millenials.  For the most part they are at the same level of maturity as the "senior" staff members.  I think millenials get a bad rap.  Not all millennial are narcissistic hipsters.  Maybe it is because my millenials are from blue collar backgrounds like myself that they dont suffer from entitlement and actually put their backs into what they do.

Six years ago, however, I worked at a large university in MA and I supervised 20 student-employees.  What a nightmare.  The millenial stereotype was in full effect.  One of them took me to mediation--she accused me of racism after I wrote her up for literally being asleep on the job.  Another one called me a "proto-fascist" for prohibiting the use of his i-pod during work hours.  Towards the end of it I was amazed I didn't fly off the handle and do something that would have gotten myself in trouble.  Like herding cats.  Sarcastic cats.

What a vivid description for managing modern college student employees--"Herding sarcastic cats"!

If there is like an anonymous online place kinda like trip advisor give the place a low rating and vivid examples of why.
