New report from @WindhorstESPN contradicts Chicago Sun-Times report. He says Bulls told Boozer amnesty is possible, but no decision made.

Yeah, that seems more likely. I doubt Bulls amnesty Boozer without getting commitment from top free agent first. No point amnestying Boozer and ending up empty handed. Boozer still good player. No point paying good player not to play for you if aren't 100% certain you have better player lined up to replace him.

you guys are forgetting that the Bulls owner is 1 of the cheapest in the league despite being 1 of the richest(or perhaps hes richest because hes cheap?)

The Amnesty hinges on whether or not they'll be able to land Anthony, I think.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
