How do we get Sanders and Parsons

Hello all, first post from long time lurker!

I like the pics we made last Thursday, and for right now it looks like we are keeping Rondo.

How do we get a line up of:

Rondo
Smart
Parsons
Kelly
Sanders

Sully
Fav
Bradley
Young

I think we try to compete while still bringing through the youngsters. I like this team above and think it has good variety throughout. I don't want to give up any 1st round picks.

How do we do it?

You can substitute Sanders for Monroe if you want, but I like Sanders Defense a little more.
