"C's offer AB $3.58 million" is quite a misleading title... what they offered was simply the qualifying offer... it's not what they're actually offering Avery Bradley for his services.

I don't expect him to sign an offer sheet until the signing period opens. I think he's a team's 2nd or 3rd move, so look's like we're waiting a bit on this shoe to drop.
