What are the next deadline days?

One of the things I love most about basketball is the countdown to deadlines.  What makes the off season bearable is the idea of hope, and that at any point, Danny could swing a big trade or free agent pickup.  And in basketball, especially these last few years, big deals really happen.

We just had the free agent opt out day and the draft. 

After that, what are the next deadline days which could spur the Celtics and other teams into action?  Or is it all just a marathon wait until pre-season?

Free agent signing period begins at midnight July 1.

Summer league begins July 5th.

Nice.  Hopefully that means we will find out sooner rather than later where some big pieces (ahem: Love) will be going.  I know the Garnett trade in 2007 wasn't until later in July, but once Lebron and Melo make a decision, other teams should start dealing due to momentum.

Seems like Flip is not going to trade Love right away. He will try to convince him to stay.

They can start talking July 1, and they can start signing on July 10th.
