#lovetotrade sends #3 + James Young
TB sends LaMarcus "if he signed with the C's in real life CBlog will explode" Aldridge

Toine's Boys front office is on overdrive for draft day.

Sources say this move was made because GM hpantazo is obsessed with Andrei Kirilenko's younger, more talented, and taller brother Kristaps Porzingis, who's draft stock is rising quickly

But, other sources hint that the real target for moving 6,14, and Vonleh was D'angelo Russell, who is a legit #1 pick talent, and the added bonus of regaining James Young, which would instantly restock TB's depleted backcourt.

What we do know is that TB's have been after PGs all summer long with the acquisitions of Tyler Ennis and Isaiah Canaan, and the following article rejuvenated the front office interest in James Young:
http://espn.go.com/blog/boston/celtics/post/_/id/4719574/james-young-working-to-silence-the-doubters

Stay tuned.

It's more that P-Bev is one of those guys that is better in real life (bc of defense) than he is in fantasy.

41.8%_ 41.4%_38.3%.  Shooting percentage by year.  Declines EVERY year.

37.5%_36.1%_35.6%.  Three point percentage by year.  Declines EVERY year.

82.9%_81.4%_75%.  FG% by year. Declines EVERY year.

1.1__1.2__1.5.  TO by year. Increases EVERY year.

So the return for a subpar pg was, in my opinion, a lot.  But I've been wrong about a lot of players before...

His assists and rebs went up every year and his 3 pt percentage is still a tad above average.

I know I may overpay for Beverly but I done it for a reason:
1. I needed a PG, and he should start..i take 25-30 fantasy points a game from him
2. Im in a roster crunch so I was going to release Chalmers anyhow
3. 25th is a gamble anyhow..again roster crunch
4. Carroll is injured and has a history of it
so don't think this trade hurt me in any way..again I might say what was I thinking lol

Per yahoo.

Chandler Parsons (knee, targeting August… maybe?) - His situation is a little murky right now. Parsons and the Mavs haven’t been forthcoming with his specific procedure and/or timetable. There were some reports of Parsons getting a micro-fracture surgery, but that seems to be defunct with Parsons already off his crutches and walking around NYC this month. I’d guess he’ll be ready to roll for camp.

Earlier this month, Rick Carlisle said Parsons’ role is going to grow. The Mavs are likely going to have a different point guard this year and there’s a good chance it’ll be an off-ball point guard like Jose Calderon. Monta Ellis could also be gone. That means we should see Parsons’ assists come back up. He had 4.0 per game in his last season with the Rockets, but that dropped to 2.4 with the Mavs. We can expect that to be closer to four in 2015-16.

Hmm....looks like Parsons is a go. Looks like maybe some people missed out on the chance to get him a tad cheaper.

Oh gosh....look what else yahoo had to say....Joel Embiid (foot, questionable for season) - This is so sad. In case you missed it this week, Embiid could wind up missing the 2015-16 season with a lack of healing in his foot. We still can’t press the panic button yet, but it’s within arm’s reach. The 76ers said on Friday they’re hopeful to have an answer on his future in a couple weeks. We’ll be watching this situation closer than any other.

Birdman - As long as you're happy with the trade, that is all that really matters.   But I think your logic was a bit flawed (but again, that is just my opinion).

Chalmers is arguably a better fantasy player than P-bev. Even if not, I suspect (though I don't know) that you could have used Carroll OR 25 to get a better pg than p-bev.

P-bev has never been a 30 ppg guy. If that's the hope going in, I suspect you'll be very disappointed.

I agree 25 is a gamble.

I agree Carroll has an injury concern.

Mkg, stauskas, #2, randle, mclemore and MMSb's 2016 1st are all close to being traded in separate deals.  If anyone wants to make a last ditch effort for any of them, this is your chance.

I've also heard there's a big Embiid trade going down. Can't wait to see it. And these ones too. Big night in the state of Washington

Personally I'm starting to feel pretty comfortable with the 25th pick.
