LarBrd33, what are you going to say next? If I don't sign into CB, my membership should be revoked? SMH.

Since it's 4am where he is...and since the commish isn't present I guess we should decide this tomorrow or later.

I would state....generally....it's best not to make public comments about being done with a league. We have had many people leave it and it's easy for people to think the worst of that.

2nd....this is a pretty darn active year round league. More than the other one. Or on par anyway. You definitely don't have to do much in the offseason, but maybe the occasional response to say you're not doing anything in the offseason.

3rd. Hell ya my posts are good and funny

You're right, Eja. I shouldn't have said that, but it's not like I abandoned my team once I said that. I set my lineups. I talked trade. I was active. Oh well. Whatever the league decides.

BFM.  Seriously... sorry.  I feel bad about helping create this awkward situation because it will end up falling on byennie and I wouldn't want to inadvertently ruin someone's fun, but #1 You publicly quit.  #2 - You haven't said anything (publicly) to suggest you changed your mind over the past 6 months.  #3 - You essentially admit you've been lurking here while we've gone through the process of finding your replacement... so you were clearly aware this was happening.  #4 - There's actually proof that you stopped setting your lineups post announcement and I don't know of anyone who has had a trade discussion with you this offseason... #5  At the very least, you've admitted in this thread that you've begrudgingly/intentionally ignored at least one fellow GM who has attempted to reach out to you.

The outcome of this situation you caused is not my decision to make...  Worst-case scenario, I'm sure there will be another opening eventually and you could probably swoop in and set another franchise straight   You could be like the Larry Brown of CBPL... fix a new team every year.  :)

If it can't be sorted out I'm sure there will be an opening or two next year. I think it has happened every year and you'll be able to hit the ground running with a good understanding of the league.

It would be tragically hilarious to have an annual Larry Brown in our league. I don't think we could allow that.

Welcome back BFM!

Btw, if we held all GMs who posted that they were leaving the the league to their word, we'd only have about 10 GMs.

I didn't set my lineup?? Can someone tell this self-anointed co-commish to stop with the lies? You're a GM in this league. Your ainge bowl whatever crap bowl aren't my concern. I don't care who won it or continues to win it. You're not the commish. Pls refrain from finding replacement. It's not your place to decide. And YES, I will ignore your PMs where you try to come across as the commish. Send me trade offers and we can talk. Don't expect me yo respond to your crap abt how I can win Ainge bowl yada yada. One person wins every year. And this time it was Utah Flash.

Oh, btw, I haven't had a single trade discussion in the H2H league either. Yet I'm a GM there.  Didn't think I needed to share my trade talks with you to be a part of this league.

Ah... sorry.  I'm still new to this league.  I didn't realize it was common for someone to publicly say "i'm done with this league, find my replacement" and then proceed to stop setting their lineups and ignore everyone for half a year... only to resurface 10 minutes after the replacement is found.

I feel bad about this.  I'm still learning about this league.

I admit I liked the Ainge Bowl. I get annoyed with the press releases sometimes, but I think I'm gonna start paying more attention to them

Sure, spread the lies. Maybe flutter feed will help your cause? Name me one GM that sent me a trade offer that I didn't respond to ( before and after the date you've falsely accused me of "abandoning" my team....and your crap bowl tournaments don't count).

Bfm I don't think you are getting my point. I'm not suggesting you needed to participate in my unofficial tourney. I'm saying that after you publicly announced your resignation, you didn't communicate a change of heart. You exhibited all signs of having quit... Ignoring PMs and emails, allowing your missed games to go from -3 to 44 down the stretch, keeping productive players like chandler on the bench... And ignoring 6 months of threads where you had an opportunity to declare you changed your mind.  I don't understand why you insist on portraying me as your enemy. I tried reaching out to you multiple times.   You bailed and were replaced as you requested.
