Any way we could trade for a top 3 pick?

I really wish we could've gotten the chance to take Embiid, or even Parker, Wiggins or Exum, but we ended up getting #6. What would we need to do to get a top 3 pick?

I'd be willing to part with any asset or draft picks except any of the couple of handfuls of coveted second round draft picks we have.
