It was probably a punch. Looked pretty docile in real life, though.

NBA obviously has a vested interest in having the Thunder advance over the Grizzlies, but I think that with Conley out and Randolph Suspended the Grizzlies are going to have a rough time of it without any league tampering.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Under league rules, yes the incident that took place does merit a suspension.. but I think tts about time the league rethink its stance because in cases like this, it extremely affects the possible outcome of the series considering that the suspended player would be in this case a very important one.

Isn't this the same line of reasoning that would justify being more reluctant to call fouls on players who are deemed very important because it would extremely affect the game if they got into foul trouble or even fouled out?

yeah they do have star preference in the NBA why wasn't this extended to Z-bo?
