Harden is probably the only guy on your list who could be described as a "scorer with bad defense" who I would take over Bradley.

Could be wrong but I think Klay Thompson is overrated.  I don't see him improving a ton.  He's already 24.  I took over a fantasy team in a keeper league and the first thing I did was dump Klay Thompson. 

There's some wildcards... dudes like Kentavius Caldwell-Pope, Ben McLemore, etc.  Young SG's with bright futures.  Terrence Ross should be a player. 

Tough to guess.  I'd say Bradley Beal is a safe bet to be an all-star SG. Easy to forget he's 20 years old.
