how does this benefit Indiana though? I wouldve thought Granger was a good 6th man for that team

unless I just havent been watching enough pacers this year!

Actually i dont know why Philly made this trade. Isn't granger damaged goods?

Philly was already a virtual lock for a bottom 3 position in the standings.

Exactly.

He's been a negative for them this season - shooting 36% from the field, 33% from 3. He's never been much of a defender. Hard to see how Philly gets better here. They lost 2 starters today for a bunch of scraps.

Their tank rolls on.

Granger was good for 8 pts in 20+ minutes this season while shooting 35% from the floor. You tell me whether he's healthy.

Granger at this point in his career, isn't reliable. I think he is too injury prone. I think Turner is a safe and reliable player off the bench for them behind Paul George.
