Hey I had an idea over the weekend.
I was watching the OT in the Russia/US hockey game and my first thought was "Why on Earth do they end OTs with a skills competition?"
But that shootout was awesome.
So....regular season...after one session of OT would it be awesome or horrid if they ended it with a set of one on one.....they're 5 starters vs the other team's 5 starters position by position as it is listed?
Good idea or horrid idea? You know you would watch.
It may seem like a horrid idea but how much would you want to see Durant vs Bron? Or back in the day Larry vs Magic? Granted they played different positions, but you could list them the same.
The offensive team could pick their guy and the defensive team could pick theirs but everyone goes once.
