It's pretty awesome to see so many so high on Jared Sullinger right now.   Hopefully the rest of the league is just as enamored as we are.

With Rondo and Sully, add in Bradley, Green, and Olynyk, and even solid vet role players like Bass and Humphries, and this team is in fairly good shape moving forward.  And, I didn't even mention our 10 first round draft picks in the next five years.

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Rondo.

Followed by Klynyk and Bradley.

Wow really?  Kelly and Avery ahead of Sullinger?

Nothing against Sully.  I love his game, but I think he could have some very good trade value that might be worth cashing in on in the right deal.  Kelly, on the other hand, probably doesn't have a ton of trade value, but I happen to think he's going to get a heck of a lot better.  Avery . . . I just love that kid's grit.  He's a Celtic.
Really remarkable perspective and sorry I can agree that KO is going to be better than Sully, based on what?  Sully just had a 31/16 game and he is AVERAGING 24/14 over his past 4 games. What's more, you put Sully at number 4. Of course you have a right to your opinion.

I don't think you understood my point.  When I said I think Kelly's "going to get a heck of a lot better", I meant better than he is right now, not necessarily better than Sullinger.

Based on the belief that Kelly will keep improving, all I'm saying is that in the right deal, it might be worth the gamble to use Sully as a trade chip if, for example, he can help bring back a legitimate center, which is what I think this team desperately needs.

I'm not down on Sully at all.  I don't put him at number 4 as far as where he is on the pecking order of this team right now.  I think he's clearly currently our second best player behind Rondo.

That's easy Sully...unless your getting an allstar in return.
"7ft PG. Rondo leaves and GUESS WHAT? We got a BIGGER point guard!"-Tommy on Olynyk

I like whoever said our 2014 draft pick. That is probably the best answer. Beyond that, I would like to hang on to Rondo. For what he is, his deal isn't bad. Also, stars like to play with willing passers. We all know Rondo loves to get assists. I'd like to see him paired with a dominant scorer at some point.
