What a shocker.

Not even a rumour, really.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Why does ESPN let Chris Broussard write articles for them? It's been pointed out time and time again he makes up his own "rumors." He's the one who said the Clippers wanted to trade Griffin for Melo and got laughed at by numerous sportswriters, players and coaches.

Sorry if that comes off salty at you heyvik, it's not at all. Just find Broussard's journalistic integrity lacking.
I didn't know who wrote it...I originally saw on Hoopshype, went to ESPN saw that it was on  ESPN Insider and didn't know which writer wrote it....I had no insight as to which writer it could have been.

If we trade Bradley, we better sign CJ long term.

Don't think Johnson is the long term answer at the 2.

As a main guy no. But as a chalmer who can make the open three and do other winning plays then yes.

Likely cj can be a long term off the bench sg

I posted a thread a few weeks ago entitled: How does Chris Broussard still have a job?

Same applies here. His report on the Rondo extension is dim & lazy.

Would anybody trade Green, Bradley, Wallace for expirings?

Completely wipe the books.

I would like to resign Bradley, unless throwing him in gets someone to take Wallace.
Mock Deadline Denver Nuggets
Nurcic/Henson
Patterson/Bennett/Arthur
Ross/Budinger
Miller/Hunter/Foye
Rubio/Ennis/Bayless

Completely wipe the books.

ASAP please.

Hopefully without giving up too many picks.

Doubt we'd find any takers though.

No.  Green is certainly worth more to me than just a salary dump in the form of expirings.  I'm looking for some talent in return.

Same goes for Bradley although his situation is a bit trickier.

Dumping Wallace for an expiring would be heavy but wouldn't happen.  Celtics will need to attach draft picks and talent to get rid of that albatross.

What if you could package Green with Wallace and just get back expirings? Would that be enough for you? It would for me.

Oh yeah.

I don't think much of Green as a long term piece of the Celtics core anyways so getting rid of Wallace at the expense of Green wouldn't cause me to shed any tears.

Yeah, think you misunderstood me a bit.

I was referring to a PACKAGE of Green/Bradley/Wallace for expirings. (Similar to the DET deal I suggested).

Ah, I see.  My bad.

All together?  Probably not.  I have to think you can get better value there just simply expirings.

isn't he the one who got the Lebron decision? you know in trade for being a plant for whatever Lebron's management company is called. every once in a while they give him a real scoop and in return any time they want anything to appear in print he writes it. so 95% of his stuff is BS, but 5% is true breaking news. i guess the BS still gets page hits and ESPN considers the 5% worth whatever they pay him.
