I had too much time on my hands and access to the trade machine :) so I came up with this one sided trade that will make us worse in the short term but much better after RR comes back.
This trade would be possible in a fantasy world where DA would have some mind control abilities

The trade is:
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=kzop4yo
Bos:
Out: Jeff, Avery, Jordan, Brandon, 2014 atl pick, 2015 lac pick, protected 2016 bos pick
In: MKG, Dion Waiters, Greg Monroe,  Haywood

Cle:
Out:waiters, gee, Bennett, Gee
In: Green, Bradley, Luigi Datome, 2015 lac pick

Det:
Out: Monroe, Datome
In: Crawford, Bennett, 2016 Bo's pick

CHA:
Out: MKG, Brandon Haywood
In: Bass, Gee, 2014 atl pick

Cleveland need a wing. Green fits the bill. He is athletic, shoots efficiently and can coexist with a ball hogging pg like Irving. Bradley will help with his defence and new found mid range shot. Waiters is not very happy so basically the swap a disgruntled SG for one on a contract year who will give it his all. They also swap a bust for a very good SF that they need. And they get a late first rounder in 2015.

Detroit get Bennett, a bust so far yes, but still the 1st pick. They also get instant offense in JCRAW. They also get a protected pick in 2016 and get away from the risk of overpaying for Monroe in the offseason.

Charlotte gets the short end of the stick in my opinion. The lose MKG (not that great but still has potential) and Haywood. They'd both injured so they are useless for a win now team. They get back Bass who will be amazing next to Big AL. He is also a professional and could be good for a young team. His mid range shot and defence will come in handy come playoff time. Alonzo Gee is the SF they don't have now because of injuries. The 2014 pick, late as it may be, is in a deep draft with lots of wing prospects.

RR, MKG and Haywood are out injured and with the trade the ball handling duties will be Pressey's. The team will be bad until RR comes back full strength which gives us higher chances of landing a top pick.

Some people with green glasses might think we are giving up a lot, but with this trade the C's will have a line up of
Rondo
Waiters
MKG
Sully
Monroe

Pressey
Lee, Brooks, Bogans
Wallace
Hump, KO
Haywood, Fav

Remember, this is pure fantasy. It is feasible on paper (trade machine) but unimaginable in reel life

Bradley to Waiters is a step down for Celts.

Waiters so far in his career, comparing them in two years projects as a much better shooter and scorer.

Give him two more years and you may be saying AB who?

Imagine how much waiters and MKG's looks will improve. Their overall numbers will go up drastically. Add to it the fact that sully and Monroe will draw more defenders than their current teammates. It's a gamble but it's one the C's should do

Detroit probably says no. And I like MKG and Monroe, but I don't know about Waiters.

Still, a well thought trade idea, here's your first TP for the time invested on it  ;)

Thanks for the TP ;D
I figured that he waiters was a cheaper option at SG since AB will command a lot of money this summer as well as Monroe.

Homer trade chuckle.

How do we get Greg Monroe for only Bennet and Crawford but Green and Bradley nets us Waiters?

I like it for the Celts and Cavs.

However, I think Detroit and Charlotte say negative.

I've got to think D-town would want more for Monroe.
