Andrea Bargodnani will be proving us all wrong!  :o

Think again.

Imagine this guy will be anchoring the defense for the Knicks while Tyson nurses his injuries.

Wow. What is he doing, here? Is he trying to protect the ball from going out of bounds? Does he think it's a bomb that could go off at any second? Is he afraid of Kawhi?

My initial thinking is he was probably trying to intercept a incoming pass that Leonard would've sent to Ginobli. But it failed, because he's already at 3, and plenty of shooters are at the 3 pt line.

Its a good thing we have Avery Bradley.

Someday, someone will realize that Bargs isn't a good basketball player, and will stop giving him paychecks.

The second GIF is great; I always chuckle a little on the inside whenever someone calls Harden an "elite" defender. The most charitable thing you can say about him is that he "saves his energy for offense".

I think they play decent position defense.   Only Vitor can protect the rim out of those three.   But they are much better than the big guy on the baseline.

Harden is good at sometimes helping for defense, but he tends to lose his own man half the time. He also tries to go for steals too much, but fails to set the right defensive tempo to make driving players pass it out.

Perfect example of Harden just focusing on his man, but not even doing anything competent.

As long as there are teams such as the Knicks willing to give up draft picks for Bargnani, that day is far in the future.

I stand by my statement in another thread that I would not trade Gerald Wallace straight up for Bargnani.
