Not turning it into a trolling exercise just stating something.

Now to answer this Horford played C this season and playing C makes you more efficient as you are in the post most of the time. Lets take a look at the times when Aldridge played C.

(Based on 82games)
PER 27.9 .532 FG%
OPP PER 12.8

Now Horford

PER 21.9 .547%
OPP PER 16.6

Now Horford (PF)
PER 17.9 .538%
OPP PER 19.0

Not even a fan of PER but just proving a point that playing C will make you more efficient.

Aldridge also happened to wear down a lot quicker last season, and openly expressed a desire to keep playing mostly as a PF.

Hence why he is playing PF for me.

Hence why he is playing PF for me.

...So what was the point of comparing the PER of Aldridge and Horford at the center position?

Didn't you read? The point was that playing C makes you more efficient.

Ron, you didn't show us Aldridge's PER stuff at PF.

Even if the stats are better than Horford's, I stand by my rationale. I'm not a huge believer in PER anyways.

PER 19.7
OPP PER 16.8

Net +2.9

You are still not understanding what I was trying to point out was that Aldridge could also put up more efficient numbers playing C and then I backed it up with proof and yes Aldridge is playing PF for me, but he will be getting some spot minutes at the C as he is that versatile.

Now I'm heading off to Cross Country practice so peace out.

If your overarching point here is that he's more versatile than Horford, then I'd have to disagree with you. Aldridge can do a lot, and is a great player, but he's nowhere near as efficient as Horford, and not the defender nor passer that Horford is.

If you're just trying to say that he's versatile, then yes, he is. IP showed us that in the DKC.

Early lead for the most exciting team. Hard for anyone to top that at this point.

There are plenty of question marks, like Rose's health and Blake's continued growth (or lack thereof), but it's still a formidable 1-2 punch and one that would have a tough time not making the playoffs.

Well we all know ACL tears aren't career [dang]ing injuries and with Derricks year off it gave him a chance to heal not only physically but mentally and is ready to go full blast. As for Blake. We plan on him doing his thing. Running the floor hard and continuing to work on his low post game that has came along because of his great footwork.

A very exciting tandem in terms of highlight film plays. Would be a combo I'd want to watch in real life. Both are young. Similar to the Paul/Griffin combo in real life (elite pg and big man) which has been successful in the past. Excellent two man foundation to start with.

Lakers are looking to trade up to the mid-late 3rd.
