NBA schedule release date

Came across this on twitter.

Kinda late this year, usually the schedule is out by August 1st

The @NBA has formally announced it will release the 2013-14 regular-season schedule Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 6 p.m.

I do know Miami plays the Lakers on Christmas.

I've already booked a trip to Portland in December and San Francisco in February, really hoping they both have home games when I'm there.  I've been basically searching for this every day for two weeks now, it was originally supposed to come out on the 26th but they kept teasing information on it.

I think I read somewhere that the Nets don't visit Boston til January 26th/27th (somewhere around there) and then again in early March (I want to say, March 7th?)

I hope you enjoy your trip. Not sure about Portland in December but I think the Celts usually visit Golden State, Los Angeles, Denver, Portland and Utah in February after the all-star break, don't they?

If so, you might be able to catch them in February.
