Lee or bogans?
Humphries or bass?
Crawford or brooks?
Melo or shav?

Consider contract and length, whose game you prefer more, who is a good fit with the young players etc.

choose for what?  to cut?  to keep?

personally, I think they're all trade fodder.  Shav will probably be just outright released before his contract is guaranteed unless Danny starts unloading some players quickly.

TBH, I'd prefer to move them all but for different reasons.

Lee or bogans? --> Lee is the more talented player and would be worth his contract if he gets his shot back but he's likely to bring back more in return.  Bogans should be retired.

Humphries or bass?  Bass is like Lee --> needs to get his shot back and then he's worth his contract.  KH is only a keeper to use in a deadline trade or just let his contract come off the books at the end of the year for salary cap relief.

Crawford or brooks?  Neither has made enough improvement in the past couple of years to expect them to make it as solid rotation players IMHO.  If I had to keep one of them, I'd probably take Crawford because he's the better passer and showed he's willing to learn and try to be a team player last year.

Melo or shav? Melo was a 3-year project when he was drafted-->not expecting he'll even be a 3rd-string-quality center until next year if ever.  Not seeing anything that would make he'll be a solid backup center no matter how long we wait.  Shav shows hustle but there's a ton of guys out there that will hustle for an NBA contract.  His deal is non-guaranteed and with the roster overflowing with guaranteed deals, he's likely to be waived soon.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is this easy.  When a team is in a situation like the C's, who they move has much less to do with who THEY want, but is all about who other teams are interested in.

Bogans, Humphries, Brooks and Shav.

I'd say Lee except I decided to play it safe and take Bogans' expiring instead.

All told, I've gone with the cheapest and the least financial commitment.

So u dont think lee and bass are considered solid off the bench players?

Good off the bench players r easily worth approx 4-5 million a year

Bogans, Humphries, Brooks, Melo

In order:
Non-guaranteed, expiring, higher upside / cheaper, higher upside / younger.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.
