As I said, I don't think anyone on the roster will ever make an all star game, aside from Rondo of course, and frankly I'd be surprised if he gets back there in the next couple of seasons (though do expect him to be an all star again).

This is a good point. The narrative out there right now is that Derrick Rose is an MVP-caliber player and that Kyrie Irving and John Wall are the next great guards. Dwyane Wade also has a chair reserved for as long as the Heat are the Heat. Rondo will score less than all four of those players and next year his team will be the worst of them, so he will definitely face an uphill battle getting all-star votes.

No. Out of all the players we have now, I doubt any of them will become as good as Rondo. Which I suppose isn't much an insult, but it's not what you're looking for on a burgeoning team.
