Magic, Sixers, Suns, Wizards, and Jazz should all be worse than us next year if Rondo and Green are healthy. Unless we finally see some luck of the irish and get the top pick we're never going to get Wiggens. We shouldnt just focus on Wiggens either Randle, Parker, and Smart all have franchise player potential.
Ellis won't make them a playoff team although if teamed with Big Al, they could end up with a better record than the C's. They are the one team in the East I thought had no shot of finishing better than the C's.
In the West, I only see Phx as the probably sure thing to finish worse than us. Although, they did land everyone's golden child in Eric Bledsoe so maybe that's enough to make them contenders

Orlando, Philly and Washington could finish better than us depending on how their youth develops this season.
Orlando has Vucevic, Harkless, Nicholson, Olidipo, O'Quinn. that's a pretty good starting point for development.
Washington has Wall, Beal, Otto Porter, Seraphin, Glen rice JrOkafur and Nene and some other youth that could finally start coming together.
The Jazz still have Favors and Kanter as well as Gordon Hayward, Alec Burks and Mo Williams. They added Trey Burke as the PG they need and filled in the roster with Brandon Rush and Richard Jefferson. They also added Gobert to make a nice young 3-man big rotation.
Philly has Noel, MCW, Thad Young, Evan Turner. Moultrie and Lavoy Allen should improve this year as well. I could see them being worse than the C's but it wouldn't surprise me to see them do better.
