Wow ouch Big Al... So his career as a decent stats guy on loosing teams continues. I struggle to see what hes thinking in this one.
Yeah I don't get it. He could have gotten more money from a better team I imagine. Maybe it was an expiring offer and Big Al didn't want to risk it?
no he couldnt, big al is garbage. post players in today's NBA are dinosaurs. they are ancient relics that are more negative than positive.

Bobcats actually have an interesting team. If Kemba takes a big leap this year. They have Kemba/Henderson/MKG/Big al

Thats a nice core. Plus I don't hate the move for big al. Comes to the east where it is a little weaker on big men, and he gets a big payday. I am happy for Al.

Walker actually had a pretty successful sophomore campaign: rounding up, he averaged an 18-6-4. 31% assist percentage isn't too bad either, considering the team is bereft of talent at almost every position.

Jordan continues to harm what should be an infallible reputation (as a player) by making utterly stupid moves as an executive... one after the other, he can basically be counted on to make bonehead decisions every single time.

CHI still hasn't used the 1st rd pick they got for Thomas, who was just amnestied with dozens of millions left on his deal. Ouch.

Stating for the umpteenth time: Ainge should target the Cats as a Rondo partner.

Does this mean that Charlotte are in anti-tank mode?

Charlotte's probably still in unintentional tank mode.

At this point, they could both be starting.

Really surprised he didn't wait for Dwight to announce his plans first. Once that happens, Al Jeff could've had a shot at going to a better team (Dallas), or at the very least getting a much bigger salary since he would become the safest center on the market (want to avoid calling him the best center due to Bynum).

This is good news for the Celtics though. Charlotte might be looking to not be doormats for once, and maybe this helps our chances getting into the bottom 5 of the NBA.
