“I’m preparing to be a Boston Celtic next season and I’m going to move forward with that preparation until I’m told otherwise. I’ve had great conversations with the team and I feel like I’m part of the team, but I obviously know it’s a business and there are big changes being made. … Nothing is guaranteed for a guy like me when a team has an option on a player. I felt good about what I did last season and I really hope that it can work out that I’m back with the team next season. But regardless, I’m working to become better and really trying to have the most productive offseason I’ve had in a long time for whoever I end up playing for, but I really do hope I can be back with Boston.”

Dwight who?

I wonder if i'm tha only one that types "shave" when talking about Shav. I like what he gave in his limited time tho. I loved his hustle. I hope he comes back.

And I love Doc but maybe one of tha good things about him being gone is that we'll probably see more of tha new/young guys that makes tha roster.

I hope he makes it back, too, but there are a lot of PF's on the roster and only so many are going to be kept.

Bass, Sully, Humphries, Olynyk, Wallace...Randolph and White.

You know White won't be picked up. Danny *might* be able to move Bass. Wallace will mostly play SF, not PF, and might not play much at all...or be traded. It's going to be tough for Shav, not impossible, but it *is* going to be hard to stick.

Sad to say that among all the pf/center we have, only the cheapest contracts are the ones I'm looking for to watch playing.
I hope shav will be preferred over bass kardashian & crash.
I think without Doc, he will be "terrific".
