NBA Teammate of the Year Award?

The NBA will reportedly give out the first annual "teammate of the year" award tonight.

The finalists are:

Jerry Stackhouse
Luke Walton
Andre Iguodala
Jarrett Jack
Roy Hibbert
Chauncey Billups
Shane Battier
Roger Mason Jr
Jason Kidd
Serge Ibaka
Manu Ginobili
Emeka Okafor

Looking at the list, my money is on Jason Kidd considering he just retired. I guess it's also possible it's Ginoboli or Battier considering they will be at the game tonight anyway.

I think they missed out on a golden opportunity to name it "the Brian Scalabrini award"

Jarrett Jack would be my choice. Always supporting his teammates. Good leadership. Provides toughness. Accepts and excels in a bench / supporting role.

Or Ginobili.

My choice would be Jarrett Jack tho. I don't know how they'll call this but Hibbert and Ginobili might make it a close race.

I don't know what is this new nonsense.
To me the best teammate is the best captain.
Kevin Durant is the one. He motivates, support, calm down, cheer up, scold them and finally make them play (assists) and enter some shots while being humble and not chase anything but win the championship. The guy has a big heart. You can't dream of a better guy in your team than him.
