Danny finally has the opportunity to build for the future!

Trade Rondo & Crawford to the Kings for # 7th pick, James Johnson (1 year Left) and Tony Douglas (1 year left)

Why...Celtics get Tyreke Evens (Danny loves him & he improve his shooting last yr). Draft the fastest upward mobile big man in the draft (the big Kiwi) Steve Adams at 7 (Before Okie does at 12).  Scal loves him, after working him out. I think he is a better version of Hibbert.

Why Kings...need someone to keep Cousins in line and put people in the stands...they can also cut Salmons and sign Rondo's buddy Josh Smith.  How can they say no!

Celtics trade KG & Jet to Clippers for Bledsoe, Butler and sign (1 yr) & trade with Billups to make the numbers work + the 25th pick this yr & their 2015 first round pick.
Buyout Pierce...we all no were he will go.  How can they say no?

We draft Adams #7,Dieng (he can play power forward also) at 16 and the best pg or Rice or Mitchell at #25.

We will have the best young & athletic team in the NBA, a bunch of expiring contacts..I love our front court & back court. This team can run & play defense ....  no more ball being dominated by Rondo...Bledsoe & Evens can both bring the ball up & run, run, run. Play the kids and get another high draft pick in 2014 with money to spend on Kevin Love.

I'm guessing you meant to include Evans in your first trade?  He's an unrestricted free agent, isn't he?

Actually, they do. One that immediately comes to mind is when the Grizzlies, who were re-locating from Vancouver to Memphis, traded Bibby to Sacramento for Jason Williams. This move was done simply because of Williams', at the time, popularity and his ability to bring in fans, as Bibby was far and away the better player.
