Trade Idea: PP and Melo for Bogut and Landry

Bogut was half the reason they got so far despite their team being so riddled with injuries.

They won't do that is what I'm thinking.

I think you are underestimating the Warriors' desire to shed Bogut's contract.  They could pick up a nice free agent once buying PP out.

Why does Golden State want to ditch Bogut? He was a big part of their success this season.

Richard Jefferson and Andres Biedrins have the contracts Golden State wants to shed.

Bogut is the only solution to their interior defensive woes, and they waited a long time for him to be healthy and even at 70% he was a game changer for them in the playoffs. I highly doubt they are looking to shed his contract. He's a key piece of their foundation going forward.
