How did you feel about the officiating?

Disclaimer: far from an excuse as to why the C's lost - whole team played like garbage collectively, except for a select few.

However, I was pretty aggravated at some calls. Knicks got a lot of homer calls (and-1's, etc) and it seemed like they missed a lot of calls for Boston, especially on rebounds and drives. Pivotal no-calls (or bad calls) which directly led to Knick points.

Opinions here?

Ref's gave us plenty of calls.

Officiating was fine.

It was both fair and terrible at the same time.

The refs were calling the game way too tight, but they made calls on both teams equally.

The Terry call to end the 3rd quarter really sticks out to me. The Celtics had all the momentum at that point and it swung it to the Knicks after that. Terry clearly had position for the rebound against Kidd. The Celtics presumable would have been up by 7 entering the 4th instead of the 3 that they actually were.

That was the call that prompted me to post this. Wanted to put my fist through my headboard after, especially because Kidd got to shoot two after. JT was in position - I thought it was a loose ball foul on Kidd at first, and I said to myself "wow, most useful thing JT has done all game" - only to drop my jaw when I saw the call was against JT. Ugh.

There was also a Melo and-one against either JG or KG, and from both angles I saw, it didn't look like ANY inappropriate contact was made during the bucket, couldn't fathom why Melo got another shot out of it

Bad calls for both sides. Nothing to complain about. We just didn't play as well.

Calls were more or less equal. We aren't going to get perfect officiating, so we can't ask for much more.

I felt the officiating was pretty mediocre to be honest, but it did kinda go both ways so it's hard to complain.

Overall I felt the officiating swayed slightly in the Knicks favour (they seemed to get more touch fouls and more no-calls go in their favour) but again the Knicks had their share of bad calls go against them too so fair is fair.

We were unlucky that some of the key bad calls we got were in the 4th quarter, but it is what it is.

Nobody can blame the officials for this loss.  It's hard to beat a Playoff team on the road when you have three starters commit 16 turnovers between them.

No real complaints. Feel Jeff Green should have gotten some calls on some of those drives where he turned it over, but the Knicks got some bad calls on them too

There were some bad calls, most of all in the 2nd half when they stopped calling fouls under the Knicks rim.

But it was the turnovers, not the refs. In Miami we would get worse calls  by far.
