This team is garbage. I hope they blow it the eff up in the offseason. Wow this team stinks  :-X :'(

This game means nothing.

*annoyed*

this team looks nothing like the team that closed out last year, for those thinking we will turn it on in the playoffs they will be upset i am afraid.

Okay. So we're supposed to be the same team every year?

Are you guys really surprised? Celts are missing their best player and rely on a 37 and 35 year old as their best players. Add the fact that Jeff Green doesn't show up every night and you can expect nights like this.

What implications does some late-season game with the Nets have? None!

umm if doc was half as good as so many on this site claim him to be he would be implementing a points in the paint and rebounding strategy not too mention his defense sucks. it is suicide what he is trying to do.

Shavlik had 1/4 of our rebounds in 10 minutes.

Having 1/4 of the rebounds in 36 minutes is a productive night.

What the **** is Doc doing?

This game definitely means something.I can see if they lost because they rested their starters for the playoffs, but that's not the case.I love the C's, but this is NOT the same team from previous yrs. Majority of the team haven't even been to the playoffs.

And that your coach likes to play small forwards at the 4 and undersized power forwards at the 5.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

This team has a good amount of talent and haven't really produced much this year, Doc continues to cause brain aneurysms with most of his decisions and rotations.

At this point we're lucky the East has some dreadful teams otherwise we wouldn't even be making the playoffs

There's a reason DOC is the Celtics' head coach and you aren't... something's working.

I totally trust this team to make noise (wow, 5 ts in a row, tp to my amazing sentence)

What options does he really have??? Everybody keeps saying Shav has all these stats in 8 minutes people act like if he played 35 minutes he would average 14 points and 20 boards, stop!
He was playing in China for a reason, he is good in spurts don't get carried away.

I still think we get farther than the New Jersey Nets in the playoffs.
