Rondo back in the locker room, joking with teammates. It's clear they love having him around.

And here I thought Rondo was a loner and hated by his teammates...

Good to see him on the floor, can't wait for his return.

Someone KG loves that much can't be a loner

Can't tell if sarcastic...

If not, glad you're enlightened?

The media profits from making Rondo look like a selfish ass and increasing coverage on anything Miami Heat related.

Rondo's also been attending home games throughout his injury. Never heard anything about that from ESPN:

Yes lol, I was definitely being sarcastic, sorry. I've always defended Rondo against those who say he is a terrible teammate, a horrible guy to be around, ect.

Wow...didn't see that.  Rondo is a total class act.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Rose has been playing ball for months now and there is still no sign of his return. It's great for Rondo that he can at least be on the court, but I think we should all be happy if he is 100% by the start of next season.

Rondo partially tore his ACL with no other structural damage in the knee. Rose completely tore his ACL, his MCL, and if I'm not mistaken his PCL. Rose isn't a good indicator of how Rondo will do.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism

I obviously understand the difference, but it's still a tear of a major ligament. To assume that Rondo might have any chance of coming back after a couple of months off [like he had a broken bone] is more than wishful thinking.

Huh?? But people on this very forum convinced me he's a cancer to this team! /s

I've never doubted his heart since that 2011 playoff series with one arm. Hope he comes back soon.
