Why don't the Celtics consider signing James Posey and Shaquille O'Neal for the playoffs??  Both have post season savvy.  Posey lost a step in his last few years playing. However, he could add some depth and toughness.  Shaq, playing limited minutes could provide match up problems.  6 hard fouls.  An enforcer......Size...   Why not add these Old School players??

With White and Randolph being signed for the rest of the season, I think we are at 15, I think we are done. (Hopefully literally, not figuratively.)

If we were in 2009 I would gladly do that.
But no.

Lol, chucklebackatcha,

If someone else posted this, upon reading it I would have laughed also.  However, Boston severely lacks an inside presence.  Specifically, Chicago and Indiana pose problems.  Playoff basketball often becomes a Half-court game.  Why not Shaquille?
Posey is 6 hard fouls. and 8 Pietrusless minutes on Lebron.   And of course some good hugs.

Cut Randolph loose.

I think Shaq is pretty much done, but I don't think Posey is.

Unfortunately, last I heard from him he was buried on Indy's bench.
