Just so that people are aware, winning the division does not guarantee a top 3 seed in the playoffs, nor home court advantage.  It only guarantees a top 4 seed.

if i'm top 4, that's homecourt advantage in at least the first round, correct?

Depends if you have a better record than the fifth seed. (If tied, whoever owns the tiebreaker)

Just last season we saw this. We were the division winner and 4-seed but didn't have HCA against Atlanta.
