i think i am getting my jump-timing back..rebounding shotr blocking...along with gout and syatica in the same leg...ugh.... 
I went into the gym at work today. Shot for about 15 minutes. Felt like the Tin Man when he needed oil.
secret weapon at my gym...major league steam room....cannot even see in there...but it gets ya loose in the winter..takes the edge off....try those hot dog shaped foam rollers on the hamstrings, calves, quads...? I use them....and everything else...LOL...i could use some oil....guess i will have to settle for a coors light...mighty cold..!
