Gotta see how ling Heat wil stay hot. I dont see them running the table right now.

Everythings great right now for them but a couple losses or shooting slumps can change things.

But theyve won 16 in a row so if playoffs started tomorrow it would be scary. They dont though. They are in such a rhythm right now it cant last tho.

Im not saying they need to be firing on all cylinders to win im just saying right now theyd prob go 4, 4, 4, 4 so its still a little early for that

Good players at PG and C, aka the positions that Lebron, Wade, and Bosh don't play, and good defense from the positions in-between.

KG, a healthy Rondo, and three solid defenders who can hit threes would be a good lineup to send against the Heat.

Move the basketball side to side on the basketball court.

Stay away from their trapping and get easy looks.

Get dj and Wilcox to beat lebroid up, then Bradley will shut down wade, kg will mess with bosh and ruin him, and pierce will get 50 points

The plan to beat the Heat is simple. If they execute it, thats a different story

Two things to beat them
-Clog the paint and make Lebron and Wade shoot jumpers for the majority of the time
-Celtics big men have to defend the pick and roll by moving father away from the basket

Those were the most important factors in how the 2011 Mavs beat the Heat in the Finals. Brendan Haywood and Tyson Chandler met the Heat perimeter players near the free throw line (farther away from the basket), which took away driving opportunities for Wade and Lebron

The central point is clogging the paint with big men. That is the Heat's weakness, size. Defensive rebounds and paint protection would make the Celtics win the series. Wilcox, KG, DJ White, Bass, etc. are very important in this series

But... If Doc employs small ball 90% of the time, Celtics are doomed

Score more points than them?

On a serious note, I think the only way to beat Miami is going big and take a very high risk/reward game on crashing the boards and a certain defensive take.

The gameplan on offense should be no different. But everyone but Lee or T-Will or any 2 guard who's on the floor should go for the offensive rebound. We have to go big with Wilcox, KG, White, Melo anyone who has length and size. Four people will crash the board. It's either we give up a fastbreak score or we get an offensive putback.

On defense, Lee and Avery and T-Will should constantly switch assignments to blanket Wade. First possesion would be Bradley, then Lee the next, you get the point. KG gets Bosh and who ever is guarding LeBron, make him shoot jumpers. If we are going to lose to Miami, it better be on LeBron's jumpers, once he gets to attack, we have no punchers chance. ANd again, 4 guy go for the rebound, forget the fastbreak.

We get more possesions, we have a better shot of winning.

everybody on the cheat can be covered one way or another, they are all defendable.

Except Lebron ...is twice as good as anybody elese in the NBA his size and as fast as 90% of the smaller guards and can out jump 99% of the NBA centers.

Lebron is in a league by himself , and equals having two stars on the court by himself.

A team needs a star like M. Jordon to counter act Lebron.

Mental breakdown or rare injury are Lebrons only faults,   you put him on any team and they are favs to win it all.

Its gonna be up to mother nature to stop him.

Haha, melo? If we wanna win the last thing we should do is put melo on the floor in a playoff game with the heat. Doc can be stupid at times but he ain't that stupid.

(1) Unrelenting defense from opening tip to the final buzzer on every game.

2) Big time scorers at the 1 and 2 and

3) Controlling the boards.

Hope they're peaking right now and they breakdown in the playoffs.

There's only 2 teams that has a chance of beating Miami in the East.

Celtics and the Pacers.

Pacers obviously because of size and athleticism.

Celtics because of KG and Pierce and the rest of the cast.

If we can contain Lebroid with Green and Pierce and Wade with Bradley and Lee, we have a chance of beating them.

Never count us out!

To beat the Heat we'll need a lot of JGreen and ABradley.
