No, he is that bad. That being said, I’m far from convinced, after four minutes of play, that DJ White should supplant Bass in the starting five. I would love for Doc to extend White’s minutes on Friday, however.

He shouldn't start, but I'd like to see him (or Randolph) get 8-10 minutes a night.  At both the C and PF spots, I'd distribute the minutes as follows:

C - Garnett - 30 minutes
C - Wilcox - 14 minutes
C - White - 4

PF - Bass - 22 minutes
PF - Green - 22 minutes
PF - White - 4

Worse? Premature position. Better? Also a premature position.

By all accounts he improved during his time in China. Let's give the guy some minutes in place of a minus player, and see if he steps up.
