Unrestricted FA Mickael Pietrus is reportedly closing in on a deal with an unknown team.
The Timberwolves are not the unidentified franchise as there is "nothing new" between the two sides. Pietrus is known to be searching for more than the veteran's minimum, but he won't be a fantasy factor regardless of his final destination. It doesn't help that he can't keep his knee in good shape.
