My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

I can believe it ... seems like it's been forever between seasons as it always does, but I'm excited as anyone to see this team.

Go Celtics!

My body is ready.

I need my Celtics basketball. Extremely happy everyone except that one guy is coming back. Ecstatic for Jeff Green and Chris Wilcox. JET needed to be a Celtic like 13 years ago. And I have a good feeling about this season.

Let's go.

this team could be historically good. Bradley and Rondo were historically good last year. If Bradley had stayed healthy, celtics could have steamrolled to the title. This team is significantly better than last years. Bradley healthy = historic awesomeness.

Yeah, I agree ... it's almost like it was inevitable that Jason would become a Celtic ... he's like the Celtic Pride Sixth Man of all time, and he hasn't even played yet! ;)

What I mean by that is that he has the type of personality, character, work ethic, attitude, game, and charisma, that has been the standard for fan favorites and over-achievers like Leon Powe, Eddie House, James Posey, et al, and seems ready-made for this club.

It's ironic, because he's always been one of the few non-Celtics who I have loved and pictured in a Celtic uniform, and one of only a couple that I could see taking Ray's place without much trouble or adjustment.

My other favorites in that sixth man kind of role are guys like Leandro Barbosa and Grant Hill, (maybe Raja Bell or Calderon), but I think Jet will actually have a bigger role, and fits this team as well as anyone could.

As with anyone, injuries would be the only thing to get in the way, and he's in pretty good shape. Can't wait to see the chemistry develop and this team get tight.

Absolutely. There are 29 teams in the NBA that hate Jason Terry. I'm glad we're not one of them. Dudes lethal in the clutch and just has that attitude where you hate him if you're on the other team. Him and KG are going to be best friends by the end of the year.

"Oh no, we were only in the series because they didn't have Chris Bosh. Avery Bradley doesn't matter. And we lost Ray Allen. What are we gonna do?"
