So should we just start second round match ups like we did the first round the other day?

Some great matchups there. Does the second round start today?

Note: Typo there. It should be Pistons. Not Pacers.

Ya, I am pretty excited for my matchup with the pistons.  I think we are the two best teams in the east so it should be interesting

Did the Knicks not even vote for themselves?

Nope.  I'm not impressed by the overall lack of participation in the playoffs.  17 voters in the East, 16 in the West.  Of those, 3 were non-participants.  That means 10 teams couldn't be bothered to vote in the Eastern playoffs, and 11 in the West.  Multiple GMs couldn't even bring themselves to vote for their own teams.  For those teams that did vote, we saw "strategic voting", such as GMs voting against every single one of the favorites in the West.

When people wonder why there's not going to be a draft in 2013, they can point to this stuff.

In case of curiosity, I voted all chalk in the first round.

However, three series really gnawed at me and I kept going back & forth on;  ATL-IND, BOS-WSH, PHX-LAC.  Ultimately, I sided with the team with homecourt advantage as the tiebreaker.

Looking forward to Round 2.

Well, lack if participation aside, i'm really looking forward to see how people view the Portland/Lakers matchup.  It would be one hell of a series to watch.

Is it only the East today? West tomorrow?

I thought both conferences were up today.

Both are up today.  I just got busy, and haven't had the chance to put up threads for the West yet.

Ah okay.

Sorry, I didn't mean to hassle (if it came across that way). Thanks.
