Top 7 (in no particular order)

OKC-Westbrook/Harden
LAL-Nash/Kobe
LAC-Paul/Billups (if healthy)
BKN-Williams/Johnson
MIA-Wade/Allen/Chalmers
SAS-Parker/Ginobili
BOS-Rondo/Terry/Lee/Bradley

Yeah, possibly top 5.
Only if we're considering depth.  If it's the top 2 guys on the floor at the end of games, we're last on that list.

I wouldn't count on that, especially if Bradley returns to form.

I don't expect Bradley to be one of the two guys on the floor at the end of games. In my mind, Rondo/Terry/Pierce/Green/Garnett is the likely closing five.

Even depth-wise, it could be argued that we're barely a top 10 team, let alone the best.

Rose/Hamilton/Hinrich/Robinson/Belinelli

Paul/Billups/Jamal Crawford/Willie Green/Bledsoe

Wade/Ray/Chalmers/Mike Miller/Cole

Nash/Bryant/Barnes/Blake

Westbrook/Harden/Sefolosha/Maynor

Williams/Johnson/Marshon/CJ Watson

Parker/Ginobli/Danny Green/Neal/Mills

Iguodala/Holiday/Turner/Nick Young

Lawson/Afflalo/Andre Miller/Chandler/Corey Brewer

Jennings/Ellis/Udrih/Mbah a Moute (possibly)

Lin/Martin/Livingston/Douglas (possibly)

Plus there's still a ton of quality not on rosters:  Arenas, Barbosa, Baron Davis, Farmar, Fernandez, Fisher, Meeks, Anthony Parker, Delfino, Pietrus, Webster, CJ Miles, McGrady

Plus, I probably missed a bunch.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
