In my eyes, Ibaka is about as pure of a PF as you're gonna find.  He's such a great fit at that position, that if you're going to use him as a C, he could be servicable there, but you're not getting good bang for your buck (2nd round pick, right?)

My suggestions would be to:
use him at PF and find a C
trade him for a C, then draft a PF
trade him for a C, move Melo to PF, draft a SF and play small ball  (or i guess ibaka could be a C in small ball)

That's the idea for me is Ibaka (or as auto spell calls him "onslaught " lol)
Is to use him as a small ball center/PF  and have him and our next pick (if there) at C/PF and run the floor with Rubio and Melo.  We have a trade in line for Monta if the guy we want is there when the other teams pick rolls around this round .
So we will be player two PF / C type guys who are interchangeable in our staring line up. So we will basically have two guys that are sting C/PF that can get up and down the floor.

I may be misunderstanding you b/c I don't know who that next PF/C is that you're looking to draft, but just so you know, "small ball" isn't playing 2 PFs at the PF and C positions.  That's just being undersized at C.

Small ball is when you move a bigger wing (like Pierce, Lebron, Jeff Green, Melo, Marion, Grant Hill, etc.) to the PF position then play a mobile bigman at C.
