Nice trio in Phoenix, Gay-Love jokes aside.

Actually, that needs to be addressed with some snarky comments and liberal use of time-worn internet memes. Where's SO and KC?

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Stephen Curry

Really, Roy? The one time I'm picking directly after you, you pick the guy I was gonna pick?

You been reading my PM's again? I didn't mean half of that stuff I didn't say about you.

Curry its just delonte on steroids, whats not to love next to Bronnie

Actually its a really good choice, its just funny. Took me like 20 minutes to figure out who I thought I wanted to pick, and reluctantly settled on Stephen Curry. Who was your next pick? Oh, CB Draft!

Two very strong picks to finish out the round.

Excellent value picks for late in the 2nd round. I love the fit between Curry + LeBron. Similar to Irving/Wade only better. Not wild about Gay with Nash/K-Love but Gay is tremendous value late in the 2nd round.

Well I guess all's well that ends well...

to recap for the commish:

PICK #2.23
Hm, guessing I can pick now?

With the 23rd pick they received from the Orlando Magic, The Phoenix Suns select, Rudy Gay

and, impatiently....

PICK #2.24
Stephen Curry

and

Champkind (LAC) and Jgod (POR) are working out a revised deal since Jgod traded a pick that wasn't his...

again, real sorry folks.

edit: we've worked it out so we should be all set in a minute.

I thought Gay and LeBron would have been a terrific combo.

Either in a big power lineup with both at the wings and create size mismatches on the wing.

Or, more likely in a small quick lineup with both at forward - Rudy Gay at SF and LeBron James at PF. Force slower opponent forwards to cover one of those freakishly athletic + highly talented shot-creators. Run teams right off the court. Lots of floor spacing.

Well I will say I really like Steph Curry next to Bron. Waited us all out and got a guy who fit.

>I thought that too
but curry is now very close to wade and probably will be better next year
and his abilit to shoot complements bronnie who can also play better the 4 than the 3

so team usa aside I rather pick Curry

And that's an insult to Crazy....

good to see the dust hasn't affected the CrotorNats Hyperator 8000... :P

Wade is a very good to great defender (esp. on the help side); Curry is a bad to terrible defender.

Playing with Lebron will definitely help, but let's cool it with the Curry will be better than Wade next year talk...

(EDIT: unless Wade is killed or paralyzed... then Curry will be better)
